Hello. Have you received your NOA2 yet? I am curious because we filed at similar time as you (NOA1 received on May 24, 2022) for the Philippines, but have not heard anything yet, but understand that most May '22 applications have received NOA2s. Scott and Mylene. (please email to walesmondido@gmail.com)

I haven’t received my NOA2 yet but I am expecting a RFE in the mail. They reviewed our visa application on June 26.
I hope this helps,
Rob

Oh ok. well that is better than a rejection. We are still waiting to hear. Thank you for responding.

I’m sure you’ll get your approval any day now!

Hello! How do you know that the NVC received your case?
My NOA2 is dated July 26th and I haven’t got anything that’s why I’m curious… thank you!

No way to tell. It could take 2 months though. You should hear in Sept. You might see whether you can contact NVC directly online.

Did you send them an inquiry?

I still have not received my NOA2. Filed May 20, 2022. There are lots of cases still pending from May.

I sent an inquiry to NVC last week. They responded saying they had received my paperwork but I wasn’t in the system yet. I’ll check again next week to get my case number.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
