what is your RFE?

I don't know yet. I got the info from the USCIS web site using the case number. I have yet to receive the letter.

same here, I just got my RFE today

What did they want from you?

I also waiting for the letter, just check USCIS website like you.Plz keep update

I will do so.

I received letter in mail yesterday asking more evident 2 year meeting, repaired and send it back today

Gotcha. I have not received my RFE yet. Still waiting.

Got the RFE. IBMRA General Waiver. I am not sure what they want. I wrote the letter requesting the waiver, and included the divorce information from my wife, and the termination letter of the second petition. They wrote the RFE like I never requested a waiver. I have no idea what there people want.

I think every case is different, Good luck on your Journey. Hope we can get NO2 soon.

Did you get your NOA2? We were approved yesterday.

Not yet! I am still waiting. Congratulation! Did they mail you the NOA2?

I am sure they did, but I checked online. If you have the case number, you can go to www.uscis.gov and check the status.

Did you received a letter for NVC when they sent your case?

Email. Once the application was approved, I waited 2 weeks and called the NVC until I got a case number. After that, I tracked the progress using the CEAC site.

Thank you so much, Do have a link to track the progress, I aleady have my case number form NVC

ceac.state.gov. Make sure you select Immigrant Visa => Check My Visa Application Status

oh, thank you, I thought it was Non-immigrant.

DS-160 is non-immigrant, but K-1 is treated as an immigrant visa by State Dept. It is one of those weird things.
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
