Consulate Review: Juarez, Mexico
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : September 20, 2016
Embassy Review : The medical exam at Médico de Visas was excellent since they treated my fiancee with the upmost respect and it only took 20 mins. The same could be said for the process at the ASC. The day of the exam went very well also. We had everything ready so the process went smoothly and the staff was courteoues. A young American man performed the ínterview. Questions he asked were: how did we meet? Divorced or single? Have you been to the u.s. before? Was it as a minor? Where did you visit? Have you been denied a visa before? Have you committed a crime before in us or Mexico? Do you have tatoos? That was the jist of everything. My fiancee says the staff and C.O. were very respectful and displayed professionalism throughout the entire visit. ;-)
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
