When he went back to get his passport/visa Dec 7 2016 there was a letter stating the visa could not be issued because the Chinese police certificate was invalid. After many tears, headaches, and research we concluded that there was nothing wrong with his police certificate and wrote a letter concluding the matter addressed to the consulate to be dropped off for inspection on Dec 21 2016. On Jan 3 2017 the passport/visa was finally issued. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 129 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 416 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.
