JAZB on 2019-07-02 said:Last month i did chat with 2 persons. both are from Indiana. Both applied n400 while i751 pending. Both got combo interview 1 was approved for n400 and got oath ceremony and other they put pending because i751 was not approved. I am expecting a combo interview.

Today was my interview all went well. IO took combo interview. I got approval for N400. it was 20 min interview. he asked me my case related questions and then 6 questions from the book.
IO was not able to approve me for Oath, because of my I-175 is in pending/process. He told me he do not have access to see the I-175 status and today is Friday and only 2 officers are on duty, so he is not in condition to ask anyone in his team. He told me all is good and he will try to complete my file on Monday and soon i will get update. He gave me congratulation letter.
IO was very nice and friendly person. On the main entrance of USCIS 2 security offices were very friendly and funny. they just were just messing with me and were trying to making me laugh and stress free.

yes my wife was with me, she took day off from her work. I ready online it gives good impression to IO if your spouse is with you. Moreover she was more excited for my interview than me. But there were 3 more persons they came without spouse, dnt know what was there case type/status!

When IO called my name then my wife just start walked with me and IO not said anything regarding her visit. he leaded us to his office, we were just walking behind him for his office. There were 2 chairs in front of his table and he kind of offered my wife to sit on right side chair, because left side chair was for me with finger scan, tablet, and pic camera in front of it.
..
My suggestion is, if possible then take your spouse with you.

Maestro on 2019-07-25 said:Hey we got the combo interviews, he start with me first, and tell my wife to wait in the lobby, so after we done the N400 interview, he started the i751 interview, and after he took me in the lobby ,and call my wife and ask her the same question he asked me.then they come to me in the lobby, he told me he recommended me for approval,and I should get the oath ceremony letter in 30days,and if I get the 10yrs green to return it the day of the oath ceremony..but he didn't give me any letter that said I got approved, he only said it congratulations u got approved for both yr case

Not sure congx letter is important or not but in your case best thing is he told you you are approved for I751 and n400. In my case IO was not able to approve me for I175 but approved for n400. Hopefully they send us oath letter soon. Once again congx.

Thank you for your inquiry dated August 06, 2019.
It is important to keep your Permanent Resident Card up-to-date. Without a valid card, it may be difficult for you to prove that you are a permanent resident, and this could also affect your ability to travel or to prove your eligibility to work in the United States. You should renew your Permanent Resident Card if you were issued a card valid for 10 years that has either expired or will expire within the next 6 months. Applying for naturalization does not remove the need to file an I-90 if your Permanent Resident Card is about to expire.
If you file your N-400 at least 6 months before the expiration of your Permanent Resident Card, you can ask for an Infopass appointment to request temporary evidence of your status (ADIT stamp) in lieu of filing for a new card. You can ask for an Infopass appointment by calling the USCIS Contact Center at: (800)375-5283.
If you file the N-400 less than 6 months prior to your Permanent Resident Card expiring, you should file an I-90 and pay the appropriate fee. Form I-90 is available on our website at www.uscis.gov/i-90. You may file Form I-90 by mail or you may file electronically at myaccount.uscis.dhs.gov.
If you have lost your Permanent Resident Card, you can still apply for naturalization. Although the application for naturalization asks for a copy of the card, you can submit a copy of any other entry document or a copy of a receipt showing that you have filed the Form I-90, Application to Replace Permanent Resident Card.

I scheduled infopass appointment and they said the letter i got on n400 interview day that was a letter that IO thinking or recommend my file for n400 approval. I was under imprisonment that the letter is for final approval. Its too much Frustrating.
