Comments : Told by consular he couldn't give visa now, and he would contact him in a week or two, Later we looked on CEAC, and it said Administrative Processing, he did not get a 221g, nor did they take his passport, so confused right now.Very upset and disappointed, left to wonder.November 22, 2015, received an email from US EMBASSY Algiers, stating we regret to inform you, that your case has been sent back to USCIS via NVC for reaffirmation or revocation, from now on all replies should be made to USCIS. So I am assuming we are denied, and our petition will be revoked, because I read on this site rarely anyone's k1 case is ever reaffirmed. 1 December 2015, ceac still showing AP. Called NVC, 14 December 2015, told in AP, not denied, and to just wait.US Embassy Algiers called fiance on the phone Dec,20th told him case file is being sent back to USCIS for revocation. So we are Denied.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
