Comments : You're probably wondering why I didn't get an I129 approval and such.
We'll i applied for a K3 visa and and sent all this tot he USCIS but once they recieve the I130 the case gets treated like a CR1 visa. So you will see dates missing.

Also, I expedited the case so they sent everything to my embassy and for this I dont have the correct dates on which what happen.

Embassy Review : Well my experience was very very good!

My interview was at 8:00am so I arrived a bit early (5:00am) and I already had 68 people in front of me =O!

Came in, got the first check in, waited in line, did the second check in, got in line again and entered first for the immigrant base visas.

The first consular officer asked me where I live and what I do for living. Took my paperwork and asked me to go back in line and waited for be called by the consul.

The consul asked me 4 questions, where am I going to live with my husband, where does he and work and what he does there. And if I have plans of travelling.

At 9:20am I was out of there.

Really fast and really nice people!
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
