Comments : So far we have had a lot of issues because right after we filed our AOS, they sent back all the NOA1 with different mistakes in name spelling or address. Took a lot of effort and time to get them to correct them.

The interview was very smooth, we brought just few pictures, couple of credi cards documents stating we were both on them, car insurance and health insurance with both our names on them. The officer was very nice, and she told us that we were approved when we finished the interview.

Consulate Review: Naples, Italy
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : January 28, 2016
Embassy Review : Medicals = were easy, just a lot of waiting, I had to have passport, 4 pics, adress of residence and where I am gonna stay in the US, and vaccines records. I had to pay 25€ more for the Flu vaccine. The chest x-rays were given to me today at the interview, and I was told I will have to bring them in the U.S. with me
Interview = super easy as well. Documents asked were the payment receive, the DS160 form confirmation page, my birth certificate (the international one because was the only that had my parents names on it), the I134 signed, my F tax returns of the last year, but since he had a job last June, which doesn't show in the taxes, we had also his work contract (he makes 47500$/year), company letter stating that they want to keep him, and his pay stubs from june till the latest. They didn't want the bank docs. Also 2 pictures.
The consular was a lady, she was very nice. My F was with me also.
These are the questions asked:
Did anyone force you signing the documents?
What are you ages?
Where did you meet and when?
Where do you call "home"?
Do you have family there?
Have you been married before?
Do you have kids to declare?
Do you work? Which job?
What does ur F do? (He answered to that himself)
And then she said that we were approved and in 5 days I will get the visa!
I have 6 months from the medicals to get into the States and 3 month from then to get married.
She also said that unless I am a criminal it will take 1/3 months to receive the greencard.
That's all Emoticon smile
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
