Comments : Visa update..name spelled wrong on Visa..sent back to embassy after waiting 6 weeks to get it.

DHL had trouble delivering my documents to Tacurong even though they have an office there and we had to reschedule Embassy interview 3 weeks later. Documents also sat in customs 4 days. We could if probably not had to reschedule but it was cutting in close w the 2 week delay

12-05-2012 Update:
Still under AP..All we need is Embassy to get our CENOMAR..sounds simple but have had nothing but trouble. Getting nowhere fast..and running out of ttime

Embassy Review : It took her forever for the process, a lot of waiting but was approved. Her NBI was old so she just needed to update it,which she did. She was asked very general questions. Interesting part was she has a friend who works at the embassy and she was told they will not deny anyone true fiancee visa as long as all the paperwork is on order. How true that is I do not know, but it works for me. All we have to do now is wait for the visa to arrive and she will be on her way.
Rating : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
