7/2/15- Medical
7/6/15-Had to see Psych. Fiance admitted to having a history of smoking weed.
7/17/15-AP (Waiting for medical)
8/7/15- Psych report sent to medical department
8/12/15- Reports received by embassy
8/13/15- Refused
8/28/15- Follow up appt requested by embassy. Fiance received a 1 year ban and passport was returned to him

2016-New Year
May 2016- emailed embassy for instructions to begin the process. Advised to email June 1, 2016 requesting info
6/1/16- Emailed embassy- advised to redo medical and email embassy once results are in hand for a date to drop them off. Also advised to get a new police record
6/13/16-Medical (Dr. did not require fiance to see psych. My fiance quit smoking weed in May 2015 so he was very confident when speaking with the Dr. He did however have to get new vaccinations and pay 12k again due to the Zika virus and other new viruses).
6/14/16-Completed paperwork for new police record
6/20/16- Picked up medical and emailed embassy for date to drop off required information
6/22/16-Picked up police record
6/28/16- follow up appointment with embassy to drop off required documents
06/28/16- AP
6/29/16-Ready
07/01/16-AP
07/05/16-Issued
7/7/16- Email that passport is ready for pickup
7/11/16- Picked up visa |
