Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : September 30, 2015
Embassy Review : So almost after a year we were able to get to the interview nervous like crazy for both of us we got all copies of everything, organized, labeled in sections with post-its. The morning of the interview woke up at 0430, she was nervous so took awhile getting ready, we left at 0540 got a taxi, really good man didnt ask for flat rate, he saw that we were in a rush, he got us there in 10 min (we stay near by). The que was long at 6am, which I already predicted, we got into line and I think its mroe the wait that got us more nervous till the moment we started the steps inside about 2 hrs later. Over all I can see that the folks are by themselves and with out their sponsors, I was there for my fiance but others where their to fend for themselves. The GS employees local or state sides were alright, one guy though really super bastos (maybe bad morning oh well) Over all place was clean and going, though a bit confusing if you don't hear the instructions first time around, we had to ask the young lady what sections and seating area but we got through it. Step 5 done after lunch in 5min
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
