Comments : The NOA was issued Jan. 6, but was never received in the mail. It was impossible to get USCIS to re-mail the letter, so we contacted our senator. The NOA was reissued Feb. 22, and we actually received it Feb. 28. It was within two weeks of asking our senator for help.
