Consulate Review: Naples, Italy Review Topic: K1 Visa Event Description Review Date : September 23, 2015 Embassy Review : I'm late on this. My fiance is now my husband and he had his interview on 07/08/15. I'll write what he told me about the interview in Italian: Visita medica: Arrivato all'istituto Varelli ho aspettato 10 minuti e mi è stato dato il numero e subito mi hanno fatto sedere per il prelievo di sangue. Sono stato portato a fare la fila per la lastra al petto. Dopo la lastra ho aspettato 2-3 ore per il controllo delle vaccinazioni. Il tecnico è una persona anziana ma molto gentile, mi ha chiesto le foto e i documenti riguardanti la mia sanità e informazioni su dove vivo e su dove vivrò negli USA. Da lì sono stato portato a una stanza al piano inferiore dove il medico mi ha fatto una visita generale del mio corpo e ha anche chiesto informazioni sulla mia salute. Giorno dell'intervista: Sono arrivato davanti al consolato e una guardia mi ha chiesto i documenti riguardo al visto. Ho aspettato qualche minuto per entrare finchè non sono stato chiamato. Mi hanno fatto depositare il cellulare, e sono passato nel metal detector. Arrivato nel salone dell'intervista mi sono seduto e ho aspetto finchè una italiana che lavora lì allo sportello mi ha chiesto i documenti e di nuovo mi ha fatto sedere fino a quando nell'altro sportello il console americano mi ha chiamato per fare l'intervista e già al inizio mi ha chiesto se volessi far l'intervista in inglese o in italiano. Io ho scelto italiano (per chiunque abbia dei dubbi questa scelta non cambia il risultato). Mi sono state fatte domande sulla mia relazione, la mia famiglia e il mio futuro. Sono uscito da lì in due ore. In bocca al lupo! PS. Per il ritiro del passaporto con il visto immettete il vostro indirizzo nel sito e pagate la spedizione già da prima altrimenti dovrete andare dal corriere a Napoli il giorno che il visto sarà pronto. Io ho aspettato due settimane. Rating : Very Good
