Comments : My EAD has been Terminated because "the petitioner received a status or benefit through other means"

At first it was rejected cos I forgot to sign my application. Haha! Then when I submitted application again, it was on process for more than 3mos until I filed a complaint via customer service re the delay and they made a case. Then I received a notice that they have terminated it on March 10, 2016, which is the same date my AOS has been officially approved.

Event Description
Review Date : August 19, 2015
Embassy Review : I got at the Embassy around 6am, and started to wait in line. As soon as the embassy was opened, we were allowed to enter the gate and had our documents checked and gave us numbers. They were very strict with the bringing of any electronic or battery operated devices. The flow was very easy and neat. It was very organized and quick. Just as long as you follow all the instructions and pay attention to everything they ask you, you're good! 👌🏼 my interview lasted 5minutes only. I was really shocked because the woman before me took like 15-20 minutes, same as the other applicants. I was asked only my name, my fiancé's name, my job his job, when and how did he get to USA, and asked for the proof of ongoing relationship. I just gave the consulate my photo journal. Then everything went well. Went to releasing counter and the officer gave me details re the arrival of the visa and that's it! I did not sign anymore shipping paper because I already had it signed online. ☺️🙏🏼 God is good! He always answers all my prayers! Glory to God!🙏🏼💕☺️
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
