Comments : Got a letter saying biometrics won't be required but we won't receive a refund for it either. Update - In June of 2019 we went to the Minneapolis field office and got an I-551 stamp because the 18 month extension letter we had was going to expire in July. On 8/16/19 we got notified that the case was being transferred to another jurisdiction. On 9/26/19 we got a letter saying the ROC was approved but they would not be sending her a new greencard as her naturalization had already been approved

Consulate Review: Manila, Philippines
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : November 15, 2015
Embassy Review : Good experience for us. They didn't ask for any of the forms I was supposed to bring (Tax form, affidavit of support, divorce papers, etc). Maybe because I was with her and I had been to the Philippines 6 times to see her already?
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
