Hi, what was the RFE for? What proofs did they ask you for? Please share your experience.

Hey. They needed divorce certificate of my spouse from previous marriage.

Oh cool. Thank you.

Did you get DQ?

Whats DQ ?

Did NVC review the document you submitted or still pending?

Still pending. Where are you in the process ?

I have summited all Docs to NVC on AUg 27. So i have little long wait it looks like,

Looks like Average time is 76 days from submission. I am hoping nvc will approve mine by second week of October.

Hello, did you do a K-3, physical submission of I-129F as well as your I-130 application? Or an expedite? Thanks!

I don’t think there is an expedite for I130 for immediate family. Correct me if I am wrong.
I did 130 online. Everything online

Did you have Ny update?

Nope. They r working on July 18. Mine is 25th. Hopefully next week

Congrats.

Any updates?

Any updates? My wife’s CR1 visa was DQ’d Feb 2022 (priority date Mar 2021), any idea when we can expect an interview?

Congratulations on the IL

Hello. Your visa interview was on 2/3/2023. Please write a review on the consulate experience. Please ask N what questions the officer asked them. Hoping you received an approval!!
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
