Comments : +++++July 2017 Update, our I-601 Waiver has finally been approved on July 17th 2017, we submitted it to the Nebraska Service Center on July 18th 2016. So it was almost a year to the date. We are not awaiting for the next set of instructions I called the consulate and they told me to wait up to 4 weeks for the next email/letter to arrive. ++++++++++

We've been on hold at the NVC since mid to late November 2014. Finally got through today again and was told to give them 3 more weeks as they are slowly moving forward....

10/07/2015 Finally got an email from NVC stating they have received our documents, I am guessing that would be the AOS Package. as the DS-260 is only about to be submitted today..

11/14/2015 Received our Interview Date for December 29 at 7:00AM. SOrry about not updating the other dates as our attorney has been handling everything and I didnt know which boxes to update.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
