Embassy Review : My experience was a wonderful one and I give thanks to the almighty GOd, my interview was on the 30th dec 2014 7:am , I got to the embassy before 6am and sat somewhere till we were called to line up I was the first to get on the queue and then we where asked to open up the medical envelops and any other sealed doc. In our possession after the normal screening we where given a contact sheet to feel and an orange tag with numbers then ushered inside of the embassy. When I got inside I was asked to press a machine a collect another number which was used to call each person to submit photocopy of there marriage and birth certificate and the contact sheet n orange tag given to you outside with your international passport. After that I waited for almost an hour when my number popped up on the screen of a young Chinese looking male CO who was quiet nice to me. Well the questions I was asked were.

1. What is you name
2. Who petitioned for you
3. How did u meet him
4. What year
5. When did he move to the US
6. What does he do for a living and how long has he worked thr.
7. How many sisters does he have
8. Where was he born
9. Where does his family Leave currently
10. Was he previously married
11. Does he have children
12. When did u you get romantically involved
13. When did he propose to you
14. When did u get married and who was at the wedding
15. CO asked to see pix of the wedding and asked questions concerning people in the pictures
16. Do you know how much your husband earns
17. Can I see his tax clearance I gave to him and he didn't return it to me put it inside the file he had of my case.
18. How do u communicate I showed him call records sent to me by my husband, watsapp record, Facebook chat, emails and Skype.
Then he said ok that's enough he handed over my originals to me and then said you have been approved ok and gave me 2 sheets on showing the address to go pick the visa in 2weeks time and then a 2nd sheet on how to pay for my green card.
I was really a nice experience and I thank GOd it went well to my Favour.
My advice is please know everything about your spouse you may never know what may come up cos I was even asked about my husbands estranged half sister jus cos I mentioned her as part of his family. Feel free to ask me questions and I hope my experience help someone cos visa journey was truly helpful to me thruout my journey. God bless .
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
