I-130 Approval :
Comments : After corresponding for 3 months I had to meet this Beautiful Woman, and flew to the Ukraine. Withou a doubt I had met the Love of a Lifetime, as she was true to her Heritage and the Legendary Ukrainian Woman. We were Married in the Ukraine and processed the I-130 while I was there. Tried to file the K-3/K-4 right after the I-130 NOA1 but the Agency held our Documents ransom. Took 3 months to legally retrieve all documents, thus we filed the K-3/K-4 in December. Lost 90 days.

Now we are Approved for K3/K4 Visa and on our way through the NVC. I\\\\\\\'ve been told by Agents at the NVC is could take as little as 5 days to process a K3/K4 and then 2 days DHL to Consulate. I have read this to be true with many Timelines on VJ. However one Agent tells me 2-4 weeks, which I believe is the \\\\\\\"Pat Answer\\\\\\\". So we are right on our Projected Timeline. We anticipate an Interview Date on March 13 in Kiev, Ukraine and fly Home on the 15th. Lina and Rita, as am I, are very excited about their New Life in America and their New Journey.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
