US Entry : 2014-06-25
Marriage : 2014-07-01
Comments : Received an RFE for using form G-325 in place of G-325A. The only difference in the forms is the G325A asks for former spouses "date and place of marriage" and the G325 asks for the "city and country of birth".

Interview was quick and they were very polite and organized. A few simple questions about when we met and where.

Got I551 Stamp :
Green Card Received : 2018-09-17
Comments : We did not receive a receipt for two daughters. Contacted USCIS and they sent a letter saying they would arrive within 30 days. After 45 days we made an appointment on Infopass and got a stamp in the passports. Note: We could not make an appointment in Minneapolis and had to go to Des Moines. Looks like we will be doing so again in August 2018 when the stamps and letter expire because the drivers license's will expire too. They are so far behind in processing these.
Received information by going into check the status that the case had been transferred to local office 2/26/2018 which I believe indicates we will have an interview....

Received another extension stamp for 6 months longer. August 30, 018 after going back into meeting via infopass.

Finally approved! No interview. I think the meeting at local office served as the interview.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
