2015-11-18: received notice of "Intent to Deny" vaccinations on I-485 were not complete, even though the I-485 biometrics appointment back in April went fine - strange. Though only vaccination was required, civil surgeon required a complete new physical. Complied send new 1-185 delivered on 12-18. Case Statius not updated as of 12/28.
