Comments : Medical Exams and Interview on the 13 or 14 of January 2014. Medical X-rays for Veronica came out with a black spot on the lung suspected to be TB, spit tests had to be done for 3 consecutive days in the morning. Negative on the 3 day. Had to wait 10 weeks for official results to be done and consulate would have results on April 1st. Made appointment on the 2nd. had biometrics done before-hand and just whent back to get an updated paper at ASC in Juarez the same day of the interview. But besides that everything whent flawlessly in the interview, currently waiting on the visa to arrive. feel free to email me, i do my best to give advice from my experience.

Comments : On June 13, 2018, the Post Office returned your document to us. We will hold your document for 180 days or until December 10, 2018. Please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request that we resend the document to you. If you do not submit an online request by December 10, 2018, we will destroy your document and you will need to file a new Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, with fee. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

The status of this service request is:

On 07/22/2018, you or your representative contacted USCIS concerning your I-751 Form to inquire about your case status. Below is a summary of what we found and how the issue has been or may be resolved.

Thank you for your inquiry. Currently, your file is in our pre-adjudicative unit. We are adjudicating I-751 Petitions that were filed 18 to 20 months from the date of filing. USCIS electronic records indicate that you filed your petition on 11/03/2017. Please visit our website at www.uscis.gov and click on CHECK PROCESSING TIMES for up-to-date processing time information at the California Service Center.

Your I-751 Receipt Notice extends the validity of your conditional green card for an extra year, allowing you to work and travel abroad, while we process your I-751. Should you require evidence of your conditional status beyond that date so that you may continue to work and/or travel abroad, then you may attend an appointment at your local USCIS Field Office. At that appointment, a USCIS Officer may stamp your unexpired foreign passport with an I-551 stamp with a 12-month expiration date. To create an appointment with your local field office, please refer to our website: https://my.uscis.gov/appointment.

We hope this information is helpful and appreciate your continued patience.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
