Event Description

Embassy Review : My fiancé, got up early, we spoke on the phone and I just kept reminding him, that they don't know anything we haven't told them so relax, there are no wrong answers! He dressed in new clothes, lol even bought a new jacket! Arrived very early, but with the crowds still had to wait almost 4hours for his interview, all the while seeing person after person being told no. when he was finally called he was questioned a lot, by a man who said he was the supervisor.
these are the questions he could remember.

Who is the petitioner? (my fiancé)

What is your fiancé name?(dana)

Where did you meet?(online)

What do you like about her?(all the sweet answers he could think of)

Where was she born?(erie,pa)

What does she tell you about Pennsylvania?(it gets cold, smaller city, things like that)

What is her profession?(nurse)

Where does she work?(hospital)

What does she do at work?(takes care of elderly patients)

Does she live alone?(with her son)

How many kids?(1)

What is his name?(I only have one child)

how old is he?(16)

when was he born(april)

where did she work before the hospital?(he didn't know about any of my other jobs, except mcdonalds when I was a teenager so that's what he said)

what did she ever tell you about mcdonalds?(he told him all I ever said about it that was good was I will take him there when he gets to the usa)

where are her mother and father staying?(Pittsburgh)

why did she not come this year?(we were planning on me coming in September, when my vacation time was due at work, but we got the noa2 in july and decided to use the vacation time when he arrives so we can spend some uninterrupted time together when he arrives, my pay stubs showed when I finally had vacation time available, as proof)

what is her address?

what does she do in her spare time?(he said depends on her mood, but she like to go to the beach with her friends, and he named two of them)

have you ever spoke to her friends?(yes on the phone and online, he had a print out of friends list on facebook, with chats between him and my friends)

why didn't she marry her sons father?(he told him what a shitty person he is)

why didn't you marry your sons mother?(he told him, she is also a shitty person)

does she have any pets?(yes)

what kind?(dog, he also said his name is smooth)

what is her religion?(protestant, and he was nice enough to tell on me for not going to church in ten years)

what is your wedding plan?(we are getting married at the African Methodist church, here after some classes the pastor said we need to take) I sent him copies of brochures from the church with a letter from the pastor

has she met the pastor?(yes)

did you speak with the pastor on the phone?(no but my fiancé did)

he did not look at any of the chat logs or the phone records, but did look at the other stuff that went with the questions and both photo albums of pics we took together
he then said have a nice stay in America, pick up your visa at this address next week javascript:emoticon('')

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
