Consulate Review: Skopje, Macedonia
Review Topic: IR-1/CR-1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : August 10, 2013
Embassy Review : It took three hours from the time Hristina went inside to the time she came out. She later told me that most of the time she was waiting for the others to finish. She was the fist to be called to give her documents to the Macedonian employee. He asked a few basic questions in Macedonia and separated the documents that she wouldn't need and instructed her on the documents that she should take with her to the window when she spoke with the American consular.

She then waited the three hours and finally spoke to the American at the window. He asked a few similar questions and then gave her a small piece of paper that she should bring back to get her visa the next day. She said it was very easy and she wasn't nervous. We had no reason to lie or to worry. I was so proud of her and the way she handled herself. We have tickets for the 27th of August and we are excited to travel to America.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
