Started over with 130. We consulted with immigration lawyers in Michigan and South Carolina. Both said that there is an understood visa waiver with Canada/USA. They both advised that we should not have filed the K-1 I-129f but, rather just enter the USA, get married, and file I-485, I-130, I-765, I-864 concurrently. Therefore, the I-129f was WITHDRAWN. We refiled this list of forms and I was fingerprinted today (only a month after notice of receipt). Now awaiting next step (interview) and so on. Processing Estimates/Stats : Enter your I-129F NOA1 time in your timeline to get an estimated approval (NOA2) date! Your I-130 was approved in 192 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 184 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.
