Comments : we got RFE bcx we didnt submit letter of intent and complete passport photocopy of petitioner.. we never received mail for packet 3.5 (hope it helps those paki ppl who wait for mail so instead email embassy to save time and speed up the process) ...On emailing embassy they sent e-copy instructions for packet 3.5...
I followed the same procedure of shuttle and all like everyone in Islamabad do for their interview... After giving finger prints and signing forms and paying visa fee, I was called for my visa interview...
The male CO was polite... The questions were simple... All the time, he kept feeding the instructions on the computer...
The questions were... Wats ur name? Wats ur finances name? When was ur engagement?how u got engaged? Are u both relatives? Why didn't u get married instead of getting engaged? Asked to see engagement pics and also asked if I had some additional pics of us being together? Wats my finances doing? Wat did I study? Asked me to describe him my major study area and few other questions related to my studies? Asked for my mark sheet and transcript and made a copy of it and returned back the original.. Asked if I ever travelled outside paki? Where and when?

In the end be kept my passport and he gave me back my original birth certificate and the proof of our relation documents we submitted to NVC and handed me over the rights of immigrants in US as well as light green AP sheet .. I asked him if he require additional documents but he said the documents are completed we need to do some additional processing and it might take 3-6 months...

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
