Comments : I-485 is being processed at The Nebraska Service Center. 9-10-2014 received Notice of Potential Interview Waiver Case. After 8 months we received an RFE ( April 17, 2015 ) claiming the Medical is expired and we need to go to a Civil Surgeon for a new I-693. Medical was good when we sent in the AOS Petition but after sitting with USCIS it is now expired. Of course the Civil Surgeon wil get as much cash as you are willing to pay for the exam. What a scam the gov. has ! Will get the RFE sent back hopefully in less than a week. Hope Green Card is issued fast after they receive the RFE materials.Apparently our case is being processed in the Raleigh/ Durham field office in NC, NOT Nebraska.
Notice of potential interview waiver. Recieved RFE. Had to see civil surgeon for new medical and vaccinations. Mailed response April 28, RFE received at Raleigh/Durham NC Field Office 4/30

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
