Event Description

Embassy Review : The interview went well,we were questioned together. The officer asked my husband how we met, when did we get married, whats my name and date of birth, whats our address. When did we start living together.Ask about his mo and dad name, occupation and address. Ask if he has kids and name age, address and social security and kid's mothers name. I was then asked about the all the programs and visa i came to the USA on. If i have ever applied for adjustment of status or EAD before, Where did i live before i met my husband, if we have kids together, if im currently working and where did i last work. After the questions ended she handed me a slip saying my case is pending review and i might be called for a second interview or the decision will be in the mail. I figured that why they didn't approve me on spot was because i had just submitted my J1 Visa waiver during the interview so they had to review it before approving my case. So after 4 business days seeing that i did interview Tuesday May 27 i got a email Monday June 3rd saying my card is in production...yayyyyeeee javascript:emoticon('')
Harassment Level : Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.

** Not all cases are transfered
