Qualified for TPS in 1999 after Hurricane Mitch. TPS forms not signed. They were returned after filing timeframe had ended. Was eventually able to get TPS again in 2006, along with a EAD. However, this was not properly renewed in 2008. DL is not current. Applied for TPS in 2010 and 2012 and denied both times. Currently processing NVC for i601a 3/4/13.
