Embassy Review : Beings my wife was the one there and not me, I can only tell what she tell me, but it was relativly easy as she has much faith and didn't appear to be nervous before hand and I never tell her of the woman most write at window 5 that is not so nice, but after the interview I asked her about the woman at window 5 and she said she didn't have to go to visit with her as all her paper work was sent to the Embassy by the NVC and the only thing she had to bring with her was her passport, exame from doctors office and proof of our on going relationship. They asked her a few simple questions such as where I work my job title and about where she will live and what are her plans once she arrive. Whole process was about 30-45 minutes so much simpliar than I had anticipated and thankful she was approved as I look forward to starting a new life with the woman I love. I do want to thank all that posted before me as it was helpful and although my wife is not here in Amercia just yet, it will happen soon.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
