We had to file a waiver application in Panama because at our first interview we were denied because of an overstay. We filed the waiver in the beginning of Jan 2006 and were called in on the 5th of July for a second interview once the waiver was approved. When we were finally called it took about 30 seconds. The CO told us that our visa was approved and to return the next day to pick it up. The whole process took about 21 months but its finally over and we are tohgether again in New York. Thanks VJ for your support and to all the members which had answered many tough questions for us. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 79 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 150 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.
