Embassy Review : My fiance had his interview at 8am on 3/12.
First of all the notices from the embassy were very poorly recieved.
We did not recieve packet 3.5 and after waiting for more than a month I had to inquire upon what was going on. In the email i was told that we didnt have to wait and could have sent out docs in a long time ago. Meaning basically we wasted a month waiting and if everything was ready they could have scheduled the interview in January when they recieved the file from NVC. grrr!!

Anyways. They did not allow him to even take a bag to hold all of his docs he had to only take that. Lucky he took his brother to wait at the transportation bus place.

So the officer only asked him a few questions such as
what does your fiance do?
what is her position?
what does her father do?
What is her date of birth?
Do you have more pics of your engagement and time spent together?
he game him additional pix
then he made small talk with him.

after 5 minutes of these questions he said your case is strong and i dont see any problems with it.
Here and handed him a blue sheet and said read this later.
he said it will take some time to process I'm not sure long, it could be 3 months or longer i can not quote.

this is ridiculous.

well so I'm praying this process won't be so long! Allah help us all.
Rating : Very Poor

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
