Embassy Review : Sorry for the late Update
Thanks for VisaJourney!

My fiancee flew in 2 days prior to the interview. We had a good time together but a little bit nervous. The night before the interview,we sat down together and reviewed all the documents needed for the interview. Making sure we don't forget anything that all the legal documents were translated in english. We gathered all the pictures in order and then prayed and went to bed. We woke up at 5:30 am. left the house around 6 o'clock. It was an EXTREMELY FREEZING morning. For what I have read in VJ they would normally have a line up of people around 7 but I think because of the weather nobody was there yet or they must had been hiding somewhere. We parked right in front of the consulate in a little alley so we could have a good view of the front door in case they decided to open early.Around 7:45 we went to a parking lot and parked the car. Walk in the freezing cold canadian winter to the cosulate. After showing my passport and my appointment letter to a lady sitting inside of the building we lined up for a screening, metal detector, they took my car keys. Then they told us to go through a door, where there were stairs leading us down to the basement. In the basement there were chairs along the wall and a photo cabin in case you didn't bring your 2 passport picture sand at the end of the room an elevator. I sat next the elevator to make sure I was going to be the first one when we get up there.( Thanks for VJ) When we got upstairs we stood in line in front of a glass window, the lady very nice by the way gave us a ticket number. I was the first one in line so they called me first. Went to another window, another lady ask me for all the documents she then put everything in order, she took my fingerprint and then told me to go take a seat and wait till they call me for the interview. After 10 minutes they finally called us to another room with another glass window. Another lady was behind the window with a big smile she was really nice. she took my fingerprint once again and handed me a piece of paper and told me to read it with my right hand up. Then she basically ask us how did we know each other how long we've been dating. I told her that my fiancee is pregnant she congratulated us and said Welcome to the United states. It was such a good feeling my fiancee and I looked at each other with our teary eyes, we were relieved. It was such a long journey but finally we got approved. I wish the best for all couples that is trying to be together. Knowing that love can unite any person from any background countries.
