Comments : Received refusal letter 221(g) with no reason. Only message was for me to call USCIS I was missing a paper. USCIS and NVC called and no explanation. Paper stated 8-10 weeks and 5 weeks out december 2012 papers till sitting in Morocco. Stuck in the waiting game!

Additional TIme line Info:
November 7, 2012: letter off to the Senator
November 7, 2012: Consulate states no senior officer review package was mailed October 31st.
November 7, 2012: DPS States package not registered for pick up still in the Moroccan Consulate.
November 12, 2012: Spoke with Senator Case Worker. Long discussion, Case worker asked I call back in 4 weeks to check in.
November 20, 2012: DPS Package registered to be sent today
December 4, 2012: DPS Package no longer registered still sitting in Moroccan Consulate
December 12, 2012: DPS Package still sitting in Moroccan Consulate
December 12, 2012: left message for Senator Case worker to follow up and discuss the package still sitting in Morocco.
December 20, 2012: Package received by USCIS for review.
December 21, 2012: Email stating USCIS will review case and notify us if any decision is made. We are under Administrative review AGAIN!
December 20, 2012: I-130 returned to and arrived to USCIS.
December 21, 2012:Email Notification that DOS has requested review by USCIS. Will notify us if we need further submission of information or other notification.
March 4, 2013: Email from Congressman rep. inquiry-no answers and won't know for 6-8 months (August, 2013)
March 18, 2013: Changed address with USCIS. Received confirmation on March 25, 2013. Funny thing is USPS forwarded the mail to my fathers address despite correct address. USPS can't figure them out!
July 11, 2013 Received an NOIR today.
August 7, 2013 first package received by uscis.
Second package not documented by uscis yet. Per letter 60 days before we hear a response or request or notice. Praying!!!!!!
September 13, 2013: Spoke with NVC today. Told to wait 8 weeks before we can expect anything. They will review the information and if all is good they will forward to the Consulate. The Consulate will then call Mohamed for the interview.
October 31, 2013 arrived for interview and the CO was ill. Rescheduled for November 7th at 14:00.
November 7th, 2013: APPROVED!
December 13, 2013: CEAC now shows READY but cate changed.
December 17, 2013: Called DoS and they stated the Visa was printed, we should hear something within 2 weeks.
December 20, 2013: CEAC Date changed to but still states READY.
December 23, 2013: Called DoS and they stated we are under administrative processing. just wait.
January 8, 2014: CEAC date changed to today but Still states READY.
January 8, 2014: Consulate called husband and told him to be at the Consulate Thursday at 3pm.
January 9, 2014: Consulate did another interview and was ruthless.
January 10, 2014: CEAC Updated to "ISSUED" I am so happy I cannot wait to see my hubby January 25th!
January 16, 2014: Paperwork received and plane tickets purchased. He comes home the 25th!!!
July 18 Mohamed went to his brother for Ramadan and his birthday (my present))
He slowly stopped calling. Only I was making calls. Sept 4th his last call to me. Investigated his email/facebook and he joined a dating web site. October he stated he is looking for new muslim wife. Abandonment of marriage and he has my Income tax/I-864 info with him.
June 2015 - He walked out July 18th 2014 never to return again. Marriage abandoned.
