Got EAD Stamp : No
Biometrics Taken : No
Harassment Level : 0
Comments : Entered with a K1, did the same line as everyone else going in on a tourist visa, they looked through my package there and then took me to a different room where I had to sit and wait until they returned my passport to me. No questions asked but I was waiting for a long time.

Consulate Review: Argentina
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : April 28, 2016
Embassy Review : Had the interview today, it all went great =) Went alone because my fiancé couldn't make it, only had to give them my older passports and a tax form we were missing on package 3. I brought extra pictures asides from the ones I gave them on the package but they didn't take them and said they already had everything.
The interview was quick and painless, the consul was very nice, it was like a casual conversation more than an interview. They asked me a few questions:
1. How we met
2. His parents's and sister's names.
3. What my fiancé does and since when. Also what I do.
4. Our plans for the wedding

And that was it, he told me my visa was approved right after. Asides from those questions, I gave pretty long answers so I talked about other things too. He mentioned my denied tourist visa and the approved one I got later too, but not as a question.

So for anyone that has to go, don't be nervous!
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
