Embassy Review : Iryna got to the Embassy at 7:45 AM after going through the search she was allowed to enter into the Embassy she said everyone was very friendly they called her to window one and took all of her paperwork and then told her to go sit down then about 30 mins later they called her to window two and had her pay the visas fees of 200USD for her and her daughter, then right after that they called her to window three and issued her the oath and when the consulor found out she could speak English she tod the translator she could take a break and while she was scanning Iryna's finger prints she asked her only 3 questions 1. when was the last time you met Larry? 2 Have you ever been to the states? and 3 Do you have a wedding date planned after she answered these she was told ok you can come back at 3 today to pick up your passport with your visa in it! Overall she said it was a piece of cake and all the people there were very friendly.
Rating : Very Good

Embassy Review : oh by the way she took Iryna's I-94 and Dasha's I-94 out of their passport but to my knowledge they did not get the I-551 stamp in their passports.

The interviewer was like a robot did not smile much did look through all of our pictures we brought and was very surprised when Iryna told her I met with her parents when I was in Minsk with her.

She asked Iryna my two kids date of births, my DOB and her daughters DOb oh and Dasha had a interview at 9am and Iryna had hers at 8:30am but she did nothing about Dasha as she is only 3 told me when she interviewed me that we did not need to stay as she had everthing she needed on Dasha and that we were finished and could go home.

Oh and when she called us up first time Dasha was with us and she told me she needed to just talk to Iryna first and I said ok and told Dasha to come on let Mommy talk to the lady and Dasha took my hand and said ok daddy and we walked back in the waiting room and sat down and the interviewer watch dasha and I very closely.

trying to think of what else she asked me oh asked me about my late wife, when I met Iryna and how I met her and then she said I see you went to vist her and when I said yes I did in June of 05 and stayed for 30 days she was surprised again thats when she pretty much said ok I have everything I need.

SHe did not put any stamp in Iryna's or dasha's passport so no I-551, kshe did not tell us anything about how to remove the restrictins in two years so thats why I would have to give it a 3 as she really did act like a robot going through the process was not very talkative or friendly can't remember her name
Harassment Level : Moderate

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
