Hi,i am an Afghan national and here in new delhi of india i am staying with a student visa i got married with my wife who she is a us citizen its more than 5 years that she is waiting for me to get my us visa and reach her first she petitioned me for fiance visa which my interview date was 26th june 2008 unfortunately i could not get my visa then my petition expired due to some reasons which we still do not know that there after we got married on 7th September 2009 she again petitioned me for spouse visa my interview date was on 30th september 2010 and still i am waiting to get my us immigrant visa ,please help me in this case as its about 2 years that my passport is at the us embassy which is in new delhi and i am waiting to get my visa and reach my wife we both really suffering of waiting as we are far from each other . my full name is MOHAMMAD FAWAD NAWABI HOLDER OF PASSPORT NO.
