Comments : Over 2 years of waiting. I went home in June 2014 to come to my mom's visa interview in Manila, Philippines. They gave her an "administrative processing" response. On AUg 6, 2014 her visa was issued. Our long wait finally paid off. We will be together again! :))Praise the Lord!

POE Review: Dallas
Event Description
Entry Date : 2014-08-25
Embassy Review : My mom said it was an easy entry. They just asked her a few questions. Took her finger prints and she was asked not to leave the United States for a year. She did miss her connecting flight to Orlando from Dallas due to the interview await but she got in. Her green card was sent in the mail about a month later.
Harassment Level : Low

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
