Thank you for your inquiry of December 20.

Section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) prohibits a consular officer from issuing a visa to an alien if the officer has reason to believe that the alien is ineligible. Based on indications that petition KEV2013796013 contains inaccurate information, we have returned it to the Bureau of Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) for review and possible revocation. If USCIS determines that the information we have provided would establish a sufficient foundation for initiating revocation proceedings, it will send the petitioner a notice of intent to revoke that includes a statement of the facts and evidence, and provide the petitioner with an opportunity to respond. Under INA 222(f), which addresses the confidentiality of visa records, we are unable to provide any further details. Further inquiries about this case should be directed to USCIS.

Sincerely,

Embassy Review : I read most review are positive to the embassy but our experience was bad.
The interviewer spoke very poor Russian, could not understand him. His English was not any better. Could not hear or understand him. Had to ask him to repeat every question. He had an attitude toward my finance. He asked 5 or 6 questions and the last question was why she picks Americans for petition. She did not understand what he was asking. She does not pick the men and ask to file a petition. He left and came back and gave her passport back. The facking A-hole is discriminating against Americans wanting to marry a Ukrainian woman. I guess he thinks she is just trying to come the US. We know each other since 2008 and in 2009 I asked her to marry me 2 times. She was not certain because I had cancer and was just divorced. But I was very happy that in 2012 she said yes. YES WHEN HAVE BEEN WAITING TO BE TOGETHER IN THE US FOR 1YEAR AND 5 MONTHS AND STILL WAITING on our K-1. I hope Santa delivers coal to the judicious A-hole and his family for Christmas. javascript:emoticon('')

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
