Embassy Review : Ok our Kingston story from the beginning. Our Packet arrived quickly from NVC and then we also received packet three fast. Then it seem the wait process started it seem like forever waiting on a interview. I called my Congress Rep and the I receive packet four from her office within a week. I did contact the Embassy first there answer was always wait. Now we were excited we had a date my fiancé went to the interview and this what he said happen. They let him in told him to have a seat they took papers. They called him back up gave him a number and told him to wait again. Two hours later called him up again ask for visa receipt he forgot to handle this sent him home. Then after he went home two hours later called him back told him he should not have left. Then told him he would get a follow up soon. I was upset but I really love this man I told him a million times pay the fee. Ok so I Email the Embassy new interview date. This time we were past ready also the Embassy had left some papers out of his packet three he had to fill out. He went back to the embassy this time it took 7 hours the place was packed. He had his interview approved. The wait was 7 hours not the actual time spent doing something constructive. He said it was like having a conversation with a friend they asked about my children. They requested phone logs they ask about people in pictures. The question were general if you love your mate then you have all the answers so very simple stuff. This part of our journey is over we have our visa in hand were blessed and always remember God works on his time not ours. God Bless Kitkat88
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
