Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : December 21, 2012
Embassy Review : We manage to arrive early at US Embassy Manila Philippines around 4am december 21, 2012. outside there are already lines. our appointment is 7:30am good to be there early as u still have time to review all the documents that u will need while waiting. u will also able to meet others fellow K1 applicants. You wont be lost as security guards and other fellow filipino will guide you. ( just a friendly reminder) Don't believe everything people say.. specially those vendor outside who say... you need 4 copy of photographs.. ) bring 2 extra picture in case the consul will ask you.. ( on my part not needed)...before you enter... guard will tell you to prepare the APPOINTMENT LETTER 2 copies, plus all the DS forms. we was guides which door to enter... from there we able to get the number... the number flash on the screen randomly. so watched carefuly for your number and go to the window where you are designate. 1st filipino consul.. will ask you all about you and your fiancee. you can never go wrong for those simple question as long as you know everything about your fiance.. 2nd will be a filipino consul again. review all the supporting documents and ask questions again... 3rd is US consul you have to swear that all the answer u will give to them are true... and US consul will ask questions about you and your fiancee too... from there if u all meet the requirements. you will get an answer " your application is pretty much good" "your approved! CONGRATULATIONS... last is a filipino consul which will tell you you visa will be deliver or pick up. GOODLUCK everyone and HAPPY HOLIDAY TO ALL

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
