Comments : I forgot to write the date on my I-94 and I told the officer it was because the airplane was shaking too much and I was scared. He said: "It's okay, you are here and safe now." I felt a lot better. Then he opened my package and asked when we were getting married and I said as soon as we get our marriage permit. He said "good", stamped my passport and "Welcome to the USA" and that was it. I went to get my luggage and a security guy helped me cause they were really heavy. I had to go through the scanner and my luggage too. They stopped me because of a bear my husband gave to me a few years ago. There are a bunch of little metallic balls inside of it and they wanted to check and make sure it was only silly metallic balls and not something else. It was taking too long so I told him he could just make a hole in the bear because I can fix later, I just wanted to go and hug my love. So they opened and saw it was nothing and let me go saying they were sorry. They were all very nice to me!!

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
