After 2 trips there we got the special marriage act and waited for our 60 day time for me to be in his country then we went to delhi filed the I130 and one week later got packet 2 then I had to come back to states last of dec. to get more doccuments.He sent packet 2 in and received his interview date for 4/12/05 at that time he was denied a security check is been done now and this has taken as of this date 12 weeks and 2 days.......still waiting |
