Consulate Review: Switzerland
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description

Embassy Review : My interview was july 12 .Well to make it short you all know the park thing and they call you and the #. Javier was 142 out 152. after that they make a big line and call your name again and give the carnet back to him , i show my passport and they let me pass. Like i was a citizen i skip the whole line we were the fist to enter the embassy and another 3 couples that were k-1 visa too. we enter in a roon where they check the documents and then to another one where they pick up the documents and you have to wait to take the finger prints. This took a little of time becuase they told us that we have to wait for an update that has to be done to the k-1 cases. Also we paid 240 fee for the visa in that same roon. the number that they gave us was red 23. After that we pass another security point and we have to wait to be call for the interview .30 mint later we where call . Our interview took only 3 mints
they ask him
How many time have i travel to see him
in what year he ask me for marriage
why we didnt marriage in cuba
if we belong to the UJC
and how did i left the country and in what year.
BUT IT WAS SO FAST .. THEY DONT ASK FOR EVIDENCE OR AFFIDAVIT NATHING ..
She was like - i have nathing else to ask your visa is aproved came in a week to pick it up.
we where so happy
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
