Comments : Once I receive my i-129F approval letter in the mail, we started to do the Ds-160 forms, we went online to send it. We also went online to book our interview, we had our date got my train ticktets. I was headed off to Montreal for my Medical had it done 3 days before my interview , before i had my interiew me and carl decided to check the stauts of my interview and found out that it had be cancelled i called the number on the website where you book your interview and they said the consulate didn't recive our ds-160 forms in the mail, we where so screwed ( forgot to mail it )!! i was in montreal had my medical done, anyways me and carl deside just to go to the consulte, are name was not on the list so they had to call up stairs, and man came down and asked us why we didnt mail the ds-160 form , we told him it was an error, we told him that Carl is from New york and i was from Nova Scotia, and i show him that i had my medical done, he said that he will fix this problem and that to come back in 2 hours so they could look over our papers. We went back to the concule , we where the last people to be interview , the black lady with dreds interview us, she just ask how long have we been together ect, then she appoved us.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
