I missed the 1st Interview on the 20th November, 2011 because I did not received PKT 4 and not contacted by the embassy.
After, 6 weeks of AP/AR , the Embassy called me on the 12th January, 2012 for "TELEPHONE INTERVIEW" and later scheduled me for another physical interview... |

Embassy Review : |
The Consular was courteous and a listening type. He asked few questions and said everything is perfect but he needs to get one or two details.
I was given a "REFUSAL SHEET" and he ticked ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING "AP". javascript:emoticon('')
After 6 weeks, I was called for a Telephone Interview and later re-scheduled for physical interview.
At the physical interview, the Consular was frown and unfriendly. He asked a lot of questions furiously and I also answered some question furiously. He had called our parents on phone before interviewing me. He had also interviewed my finacee on phone for more than 1 hour.
I later discovered that our case has been approved. They were just looking for loopholes.
TO GOD BE THE GLORY !!! javascript:emoticon('')
THANKS TO ALL VJERS ! javascript:emoticon('') |

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the
USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
