Consulate Review: Montreal, Canada
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : October 23, 2011
Embassy Review : Interview at Consulate was smooth. If all paperwork is in order and organized, as we were, the process takes just over 1 1/2 hours. The interview was only 7-10 minutes with standard questions about how we met and as the interviewer requested, to "tell him our story". We did arrive at ^:30 and were first in line. We sat next to the elevator and moved to the rear so that we would be first off. Then went to the line for 14A/B.Our number was C1as we were first. After that you go to the windows as you are called and then back to the waiting area until called for the interview. Good luck to all VJers.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
