Comments : Packet 3:
Packet 3 was sent the first day I was able to call DOS on two consecutive days and get confirmation that the Package was received in GUZ. Surprisingly it was common to get two different answers to the question "has the package arrived at GUZ" each day.
Doctor exam was done in Shanghai with Vaccinations done the same time, had to ask for the Yellow Vaccination book and argue persistently to get it.
Interview:
They took Bank Letter, Tax Transcripts and Tax Returns at Document intake - along with the normally required. During interview the Interviewer looked at the few pictures we had and asked 10 mins worth of questions. I was not there, sent a letter along, but it was not asked about and no request for Evolution of Relationship Letter was made. Although all the documents everyone talks about were available none were asked for during the interview. We also did not "front load" anything, our I129F submittal contained the only the minimum required items (we did not get an RFE).

Comments : No interview after responding to RFE. RFE was caused by paper pushing mistake, RFE letter stated filing was incomplete because wifes w2 was not included. Well she does not work, so no kidding Sherlock. I refiled same paperwork, this time including a hand written note explaining why each piece of paper was included or not included i.e. No w2 is available because she does not work, No lease with names because house was purchased before we were married, new car was purchased one month ago because until then we only need one car, etc. Two weeks after this new filing was made got new card in mail without interview.

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
