However, we were told after they reviewed our documents, that we needed a birth cert for our co sponsor to make sure of the American citizenship. We sent the copies of the birth certificates and they would have gotten them on Friday Dec 9th. The lady told us that once the birth certs arrived, they would process the visa and it would be arriving via post within a week, so we are currently waiting on passport/visa to arrive so that we can head back to the states. Processing Estimates/Stats : Your I-130 was approved in 93 days from your NOA1 date. Your interview took 237 days from your I-130 NOA1 date.
