Nov 24, 2010 - Receive a letter I-79C (NOA) that they consider my Application.
April 06, 2011- I-130 Approved email Notice receive.
April 11,2011- Receive Hard copy Letter of approval Notice I-79C (NOA)

April 26, 2011- Call NVC to ask about case number .they said they mail us package on April 22...will receive soon 2 u and your husband :) also gave them our email ids for further contact.
April 27, 2011- NVC case# assigned.
April 27, 2011- AOS fees $88.00 Paid.
April 28, 2011 - AOS fees taken from the account cum up status Paid and print AOS document barcode coversheet.
April 29, 2011- Choice of Agent email sent to NVC.
May 02, 2011- AOS package send to NVC.
May 03, 2011- Immigrant visa IV fee bill invoice email receives.
May 04, 2011- Immigrant visa IV fee paid.
May 06, 2011- Immigrant visa IV fees taken from the account come up status Paid and print document barcode coversheet.
May 17, 2011- Receive checklist of mistakes in AOS.
May 19, 2011- Send AOS again with correction.
May 20, 2011- NVC receive corrected AOS.
June 3, 2011- AOS Entered in system and approved.
June 8, 2011- send DS-230 package to NVC.
June 13, 2011 - NVC receive DS-230.
June 23, 2011 - Case Closed at NVC.
June 24, 2011- Sign in Failed.
June 28, 2011- Interview Letter Received. Interview Schedule on August 23rd 2011 at 07:45 am in New Delhi.
New Delhi EMBASSY.
July 12, 2011- Package shipped from NVC to New Delhi embassy by DHL.
July 15, 2011- New Delhi embassy received package.
July 27, 2011-Medical examination Done.
August 23, 2011- Interview Done. But they request a UK PCC again because first one is expired. So no visa issued in interview
August 25, 2011 Apply UK PCC again.
August 30, 2011 PCC request received by UK police.
August 31, 2011 Dispatched PCC from UK.
September 7, 2011 Receive UK PCC and Resubmit in VFS.
September 13, 2011 Receive email And SMS that you passport deliver back by blue dart service on 09/13/211.
September 15, 2011 Visa Received.
September 29, 2011 US Entry :)
October 21,2011 Receive Social Security Number. |
